Ash been practising Remedial massage and Myotherapy for 11 years, continuing to build experience with mentors and courses along the way.

Ash has been able to work along side osteopaths and other health care professionals for most of this time and is passionate about giving clients the best advice and treatment needed.

Ash's treatments include, Orthopedic musculoskeletal assessment, hands on massage techniques, gentle joint and skeletal alignment, stretching and dry needling.
