DESCRIPTION:Women’s Health: Periods\, Babies and Menopause  \nAs part of the Women’s health week and due to popular demand\, Safflower would like to invite women at all ages and stages of life to join us for an information session to celebrate womanhood. We must inspire you with Eastern traditions and philosophies and cover natural medicine approaches to improve the health of the female reproductive system!  \nWe start the journey at the onset of menstruation (menarche) and the drastic physiological changes that occur. As we enter our most fertile years\, undergo pregnancy (sometimes repeatedly) to end up in the peri menopausal state. This is the start of the change of life\, literally and many women ‘suffer’ from physical and mental symptoms that accompany it. \n  \nWe would love to share how we regard:  \n\nThe menstrual cycle\nthe pregnant body & labour\nmenopause\n\nYour take home message will be to have a better understanding of the female physiology and be equipped with holistic ideas and strategies to combat some of the common problems experienced in the various stages of womanhood in the 21st century. \nWe would love to have you there so together\, we can rejoice womenfolk and health at the same time.
